Playgroup party

Halloween was a many part series this year. These pictures are from the first party-the resident playgroup party at daddy's work. We went all out for this one for Ender especially-makeup, black hairspray, fake teeth and all. Sadly, the teeth were too big and set off his gag reflex and he threw up in the parking lot of the hospital right as we got there. I had to clean him up, change him and try to clean the car up in the parking lot-it was awesome (read sarcasm). Nonetheless, it worked out and we made it to the party. Here are a few pictures:

FYI-Armour dressed as his Papou (my dad). So he is wearing a red (in honor of the Utes) polo and dockers. We grew his hair out, parted it on the side, sprayed it gray, borrowed an old pair of my dad's glasses and voila! Instant Papou...(Isn't my dad adorable? I should note that Armour made me call him dad every time he was in costume last week...)

Valas...mega mart of pumpkin patches!

So, 2 weeks ago we had a playgroup at Vala's pumpkin patch, which as one of my friends said on her blog is "like a Halloween amusement park." It is a pumpkin patch that over the years has expanded out and now has hayrack and train rides, pig races, a petting zoo, shows and all kinds of "haunted" attractions (houses, play areas, etc.). We went to it while Solace was at school and here are a few of our good adventures of Vala's (we did have a bad, horrible adventure in that Armour's $50 of birthday money was stolen, but we are going to just ignore that and post our fun adventures!! I didn't take any pictures after the money was gone anyway-just packed up, freaked out, talked to them, and left!) Anyway-here's a small part of Vala's! Oh-I should note it was the day after a TON of rain, so though it did not rain that day, it was sure a muddy day!!!

This is the dragon in the dragon show. It consisted of a couple corny jokes, then a pumpkin being placed in his mouth, raised up and thrown to the ground to smash...literally smashing pumpkins...

Ender is going to be a vampire and thought this joke was awesome, so he stood by it and posed in his best vampire growl (It says something like "How do you know a vampire has been to the donut shop? All the jelly has been sucked out of the jelly donuts.")

End of Summer: Pool Day

On Friday we went to a pool and it was awesome!! Mom did not get any pic of the actual pool as she was trying to watch 4 kids when she was in there-not take pics!! Here we are on the swim break:

Armour's last Playgroup & Ender's play

Last Friday was not only Ender's play, it was Armour's last playgroup. He would not pose for pics with his friends, so the only reasonable fair pic I got is this:
