Days 5 & 6: The Magic Kingdom! That's right both days there...

After discovering all the wonderful parks. we decided that although we loved them all, we thought Magic Kingdom was the best park for our family at the ages and stages we are. There was just SOOO much more we could do as a family and there was lots for the shorter kids to do when the taller kids rode bigger rides. But to be honest, these last 2 days were spent on a lot of slow flat rides (as per the request of a certain 3 YO). We went on lots of the less popular rides that Kindle LOVED (and we still had plenty of time to go on the big kid rides over and over again as well). It ended up being the perfect way for us to finish out our WDW time! We had a blast-oh and we took WAY too many pics the last 2 days...I shall post a few in this post then maybe add a few more themed posts (like a Small World by Solace post since she took about 300 pictures in there-I have cut her tour down to about 40 pictures for your viewing pleasure)

The pictures in this post are from the 5th day!

Near Splash Mountain there is a play area for shorter kids-Kindle preferred the play area to the ride, so we spent some time there the last 2 days while others rode Splash Mountain. At one point she met a boy and the 2 of them set up a home at the top of the slide-they tried not to let anyone into their home until a boy said he would be their son. He was allowed to join in, but it took parents (read: me/Beckee) interfering before any other child was "allowed" to go through the "house" and down the slide...yeah, Kindle is "that" kid...Armour the model was with us as well as he was sick of Splash Mountain this time...Anyway, here are some pictures from that:

On our Animal Kingdom Day, Wes lost his hat (left it on a ride). So he bought one at Epcot the next day. But the hat pulled the whole outfit together and Wes feared he was too "Matchy Matchy,."  I liked it, but you be the judge:

We thought we ought to stop by the castle while we were there. Here are some pics of the cute kids and some of Wes's reaction to seeing Cinderella:

But when push comes to shove, Cinderella's got nothing on me (in Wes's eyes at least):

Check out more posts coming soon to a Johnson family blog near you...(by which I mean to say, stay tuned!)
