Last Friday I was able to get a free haircut. I went in intending to get a bit of a trim and to fix up my layers. Wes taunted me before I left that I did not dare cut it short-he's right I did not dare cut it as short as he wanted. But, I went in and told her just to trim it, then after the shampoo, I sort of indecisively said that I would like to go a bit shorter like maybe shoulder length, she said are you sure, and I said OK and she just right away chopped off 7 inches in a clump and said "well, now we are committed to that much". Then she ended up taking off about 5 more inches for a grand total of a foot of hair off. If I had even thought for a second that I would cut that much off, I would have done locks for love, but sadly I did not. The before pictures were actually taken 3 months ago, so it was actually longer, but these are the only pics I could find of my long air down. So here are the terrible before and after pics:

I really like it. It looks healthy and makes you look younger I think. I just cut my hair quiet a bit too, but I am not brave enough to put pictures on my blog, plus I didn't love the end result. Yours looks wonderful.

Your hair look great, I can't believe how long it was! I'll be in town for the Omaha half marathon, I'll be doing the full marathon in Des Moines. The half is the 28th of Sept, I'll have to look you up, I'll be in town prob. by the 26th or so. Take care, hope to see you.
