My sister asked me to write a list of roles I would like to play in Musicals. I have to note that I have already had the chance to play 2 of my dream roles (Adelaide in Guys and Dolls and Nellie in South Pacific)

Amneris in Aida
Bakers Wife in Into the Woods
Babe in the Pajama Game
Elle Woods in Legally Blonde: the Musical
Mimi in Rent
Anna in the King and I
Annie in Annie Get Your Gun
Anita in West Side Story

Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head, and I think that actually covers most of them...I am getting too old for some of them...dangit!!
